Some background: Every Thursday morning on my way to work I would take a photo of the exact same place at the approximately same time. I started this project on December 16, 2004 in Helsinki, Finland. First I wanted to do this for one year in order to have a logical cycle, to see changes in the scenery both artificial and natural. After a year though, I realised this was fun and just kept on doing it. I would take a picture of a part of Esplanadin puisto (the Esplanad park) from Fabianinkatu towards the Market Square, this spot first of all as I already stated was on my way to work and secondly because here the view to the East is not obstacled, so eventually one can see the sun as well.

This morning it is raining for the first time in...? a couple of weeks I think. The weather is quite mild almost warm due the Scirocco that has been blowing from the south since at least Saturday April 1, 2006.
